An update from our website vendor says there's still no solution for the "bug" that is confusing people creating or managing their accounts on the District website.
"We have had multiple concerns from many other clients about this so it is definitely in the list of priorities right now especially since school has already started. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused," a member of the Tech Help department at Finalsite said.
If you have subscribed to accounts and are going back to check, you may be seeing the word unsubscribed in red on the right hand of the main list. Please ignore this alert. If the list is in your main screen, you are currently receiving notifications from that list.
We will continue to check with your vendor and update you when they have developed a "cure" for this "bug."
