Harman third graders are participating in a new career exploration program aimed at exposing students to a variety of employment options.
The Cheers for Careers program brings in guest speakers who share their background, career path and job duties with the students. The students also have an opportunity to participate in activities that demonstrate some of the tasks associated with the position.
Students have had the chance to meet individuals coming from a wide array of careers. Recently, students got a "read" on being a librarian from Ms. Jacqui and Mr. Brian from the Wright Library.
