New Student Registration
Doing what is best for students
Oakwood School's mission statement is our driving force to provide excellent opportunities for all of our students. We appreciate your interest in Oakwood Schools and hope you find useful information about our District and our community on our website.
There are five buildings in the Oakwood Schools' District:
You can visit each school's website by clicking above on the school's name or image.
For more information about Oakwood Schools, please visit our Quality Profile page. The annual Quality Profile serves as a demonstration of the academic and athletic achievements, students' and staff's commitment to service and leadership, and the District's financial standings and community partnerships.
To be eligible for enrollment in Oakwood Schools, families must reside within the school district boundaries and demonstrate proof of residence as outlined in the Residency Guidelines. To register for kindergarten, students need to be five by Sept. 30, 2021. Please visit the Kindergarten Registration page for more information.
The registration process for all students K-12 in Oakwood Schools begins with FinalForms. FinalForms, an online forms and data management service, allows families to complete and sign enrollment, back-to-school and athletic participation forms for students online. Data is saved from season-to-season and year-to-year. FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each student in the same family, saving everyone time.
After you finish your FinalForms form set, please upload the required paperwork. Our Central Registrar will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your paperwork and follow up with additional information.
If you have any questions of concerns with the process, please email Harrison Gowdy at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 937-299-8730.
Oakwood Schools is committed to providing assistance to military families who call Oakwood home. On our Military Families page, you'll find resources to assist you with the unique challenges facing military families.
